Absolute safety when cutting high-voltage cables for electric and hybrid vehicles thanks to LOCKED clamping elements
When processing the cables, the head of the machine is driven up against the rear wall. Here, an ACE miniature shock absorber ensures reliable damping in the end position. Clamping elements with the designation LOCKED PN-product family support this in the event of power outages and, thus, together prevent damage. Furthermore, the LOCKED elements suitable for bars with diameters from 16 to 40 millimetres clamp the pneumatics in both regular operation and in the event of pressure loss and, in the worst case, prevent uncontrolled movements with forces of up to one metric ton.
